In Baroque I stop advising and start leading. I take a function, usually marketing, operations, or both, and run it end to end. We agree on the results up front and I am responsible for getting there.
Everything in Renaissance comes with it. On top of that you get priority access, faster turnaround, and a lot more attention on design, narrative, and polish. A business at this stage gets judged on presence as much as performance, so the work has to look and read like it.
